DUCAH Forum Aging in Place
How can older people continue to live independently, safely and with access to high-quality care in the communities they know and value for as long as possible? What innovative concepts, digital solutions and international best practices can help shape the future of integrated health and social care?
The DUCAH Forum explores forward-looking approaches to integrated, community-based and person-centered care, with a particular focus on aging in place. The event will showcase pioneering solutions and innovative concepts from Berlin, Singapore and the United States, demonstrating how independent living and aging at home can be enabled and supported.
Bringing together local and international experts, multipliers, researchers and entrepreneurs, the forum will discuss how insights from leading national and international flagship initiatives can inspire the further development of Berlin's and Germany's health and social care ecosystem and how successful approaches can be adapted and implemented in different contexts. The event aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, foster new collaborations and identify concrete next steps for innovation in healthcare delivery, prevention and long-term care.
The DUCAH Forum is a quarterly networking event organized by DUCAH. The DUCAH Forum taking place in September 2026 is organized in cooperation with the ECDF. During the event, the ECDF will present collaboration opportunities in the area of Early Career Support, including its COFUND/EU Postdoctoral Programme. Approximately 30 places are reserved for participants affiliated with the ECDF. Registration code: ECDF925.
